12" x 12" Acrylic on canvas.

At the heart of Denise's art lies her fascination with the natural world, particularly florals. For her, each flower is a unique narrative, rich in color, shape, and motion. Her creative process typically starts with a photograph captured during her strolls, which then evolves significantly in her home studio in Oakville, ON. The transformative journey from photo to canvas often results in a final piece that is strikingly different from the initial inspiration, showcasing her ability to reinterpret and reinvent.
