Oil and cold wax on wood.

I am a Canadian Artist living in Ontario, Canada.                                              

My work is about color, shape, line and the exploration of different forms and objects in a flattened perspective. Each painting intuitively represents a story about the objects or the combination of the objects in a specific space.

My paintings have been exhibited with the Summer and Grace Gallery in Oakville, Ontario Society of Artists, Blue Crow Gallery in Toronto, Propeller Gallery in Toronto, The Elora Centre for the Arts, Teresa Seaton Gallery, 2024 Cold Wax Academy International Juried Exhibit and 2023 Art to Life Online Juried Exhibit.

Prior to focusing only on oil and cold wax painting, I had a successful collage artist practice working with Encaustic (hot wax) collage paintings. Acrylic painted paper collage and Hand Printed sewn fabric artworks.   

In 2014 I started including my collage techniques with Oil Paint and Cold Wax Medium.

My Oil and Cold Wax collage techniques is included in "Cold Wax Medium Techniques, Concepts & Conversations" 2016 published book by Rebecca Crowell & Jerry McLaughlin.
